Haute Spinach

I had always wondered if Popeye ate the same kind of spinach that I always buy.Then today,I read a food mag that shows a photo of a different kind of spinach.I went to cold storage and found these from Australia in the ready-to-eat salad section.It's so different from the long stringey kind that I always get either grown locally or in Malaysia.Of course,the price is different too - Malaysian ones costs 90 cents a bundle;this one here costs me SGD4-99.I'm gonna use this to cook Immanuel's porridge this weekend.
