No way

This evening,after work we went to view two more properties at robertson quay area.The UE Square and Riverside.Both are soo...ooo old like 10 years onwards.The id is totally outdated!And asking price from SGD950k onwards???!!!!Its not even freehold....duhh....We'd rather stay put in our present flat than move there.So,at least after this episode we both know that we will only purchase a brand new unit.Its very unlikely that we'll buy an old one.
