Robertson Quay Residences

Today we went to view a small penthouse unit on the tenth flr.We liked the design of the building and interior but unfortunately,this is a loft unit.The second bedroom,living,dining and a small kitchen is at the entrance level.The master bedroom is on the next level.I do not like the idea of climbing a long flight of stairs to get from one room to another.But,I must say that the view from the master bedroom is really breath-taking.It even comes with a big balcony area. It is a perfect spot for enjoying the street scene of Mohd Sultan Road while sipping a cuppa or wine.Not forgetting that the dogs can be there beside us too. The area is 937 sqft asking for $1.3mil. : )
