Today we went to view three projects.We wanted an apartment on the ground floor so we need not use the lifts and risk upsetting any neighbours with our two dogs.A private enclosed space (PES) would be ideal too.To our surprise,all the two bedroom units were already sold for all three projects except for one unit left in Floridian.It suited our expectations except that we do not get any nice view from the front.So this one is out.Geez.....Martin Place Residences is so gorgeous.Its a good thing that we are not in a hurry to get a place so we will just take our time to browse around.
The new MRT stations that's going to be constructed around my existing place.Cool.
