This evening we treated sensei & wh to dinner as a token of appreciation for coaching us Japanese for the past five months.Sensei recommended this coffeeshop 'zi-char' stall.Apparently, Anthony Boudain has been here. And lots of renowned chefs from Hong Kong also visit this stall. The seafood are very very fresh and the sauce compliments each dish very well.We started with scallops-in-shell, frogs' legs w essence of chicken (4 btls), kai lan, squid and crab bee hoon. They are all excellent. The end bill costs us a whooping $300.But I must warn that the chef has a nasty attitude though.
